I am a student at Nelson County Highschool. I am in my sophmore year and have taken 2 online classes and plan to move more into building computers later on. The class has taken me through Sketchup, Mudbox, Maya, Unreal and a little in adobe illustrator. I have learned how to build, shape, and make diffrent types of models in each software. I have improved more an dmore since i started in skethchup and even better since I started in maya. Everyday I improve on such things as building effects and items for projects and hope to grow even better in the near future.
ABOUT

This is one of the building steps I took in building my final project dragon. It was hard to debate on what the face should look like and how to do it so i went with a stencil still pretty good for a beginner.
![]() Maya final projectThis drone was made using the tools and settings in Maya I crafted the body using the vertexes and shapes of a circle I used a series of cylinders for the arms and squares for the hands which i then spread the vertexes out. | ![]() Maya final project | ![]() Maya final project |

But on retrospect I could have modeled the face better. I looked through and used different sets of stencils to create body textures and went back into Maya to build the wings by extruding a rectangle. | ![]() Final project Mudbox (side view) | ![]() above view dragon |
![]() Unreal final project (Outside cave)For my second semester final project I created cave to my own liking and added different effects and blueprints for self customization. I created a particle effect which allowed for snow and different blueprints which allow for your character to be a little more interactive with the world. It took some time but i built ability to make snow collide with objects and disappear when touched. | ![]() Front of the cave (Cave) | ![]() Throne room (cave) |
